Press Release: Valley Christian School Names Aaron Agresta Head Football Coach
Valley Christian School (VCS) is pleased to name Aaron Agresta as the school’s next Head Football Coach. Aaron has been the associate head coach and defensive coordinator for the past four years. Aaron has been on the Eagles coaching staff since joining VCS as a math teacher in 2019. Aaron is also an alumnus of VCS , formerly Youngstown Christian School, graduating in 2006. Aaron was also the school’s first quarterback when the football program was started in 2004. Before joining VCS, Aaron had eight years of high school football coaching experience in Louisiana. “Aaron has everything we are
looking for in terms of faith, values, character, and football knowledge to fulfill our mission of transforming the lives of our young men both in the classroom and on the football field,” said Mike Pecchia, President of Valley Christian School. VCS Athletic Director Dolph Carroll added, “We are excited to have Aaron as our next head football coach. Over these past four years, I have had the opportunity to watch Aaron grow and develop as a mentor and coach of our young men, both on
and off the field. His love and dedication to the school and students is evident, and our football program is in great hands with Coach Agresta at the helm.” Aaron will replace Andy Hake who will become the next Head Coach at Mineral Ridge. We thank Andy for leading our program the past four years and wish him well in his new position.
